Missing notifications in Business Workplace

If you are just talking about sending mails within an SAP instance to
the SAP Business Workplace - there is also a "Copy to Outbox" flag in
transaction SO16.

For Portal users, there is a SONiC connector for the UWL developed by
one of the Regional Interest Groups of SAP (i.e. by SAP folk themselves)
that puts all mails sent from the SAP system including those sent by
workflow into the Notifications tab of the UWL. It's available as
freeware on SDN. Search for the blog.

Agree, that's an awful lot of duplication that would apply to EVERYTHING
if it worked differently. When you set up the "Send to home addresses"
it's a complete forwarding.
