Missing notifications in Business Workplace

Carmen,

 

The only way I know to have the mail go into the SAP Document Inbox
would be to have each user go into their Business Workplace and click
Settings-->Office Settings and then create a Forwarding entry like below
selecting the "Also place in inbox" box.  I don't understand why you
want to do that if they are already getting the emails.  This just adds
extra duplicate documents into the SAP in-box that will add up and will
have to be manually deleted by the user.

Hi All,

 

I'm currently working in R/3 4.7 and have added some send mail steps,
using the SENDTASKDESCRIPTION method, in my workflow template. 

 

The SO16 transaction has been set up to 'Send to home addresses of
users'. The mails are going our through to our SCOT and SOST
configuration to the email addresses of users per their SU01 records. 

 

The issue we are facing is that the notifications are not visible in the
'Document Inbox' of the users' R/3 business workplaces.

 

If you have any ideas on what I'm missing, that would be very helpful.
