Missing notifications in Business Workplace

Hi All,

 

I'm currently working in R/3 4.7 and have added some send mail steps, using
the SENDTASKDESCRIPTION method, in my workflow template. 

 

The SO16 transaction has been set up to 'Send to home addresses of users'.
The mails are going our through to our SCOT and SOST configuration to the
email addresses of users per their SU01 records. 

 

The issue we are facing is that the notifications are not visible in the
'Document Inbox' of the users' R/3 business workplaces.

 

If you have any ideas on what I'm missing, that would be very helpful.
