Work items with General task...who is the current owner?

Use the view V_ORG_WI. 
and then if you want to see the workitem details use SWI1.

Hi WUG,
A task is defined as general task and any user can execute it.
This task is included ina wrokflow and the rule selects the agentns and
sends the work item to 4 agents.
 
IS there any std SAP report in workflow that can give me the task and
the current agent, so that I can follow up with agents to get the task
completed..
 
I agree that deadline monitering and other designs are possible. But now
we have no time to modify the design.
 
The actual pain is a manager has send 52 work items to different agents
average 4.
He is not in a position to find out who needs to execute what work item?
 
I appreciate your inputs...
