Nick,

There's some flags in the Basic Data (hat icon) section of the workflow,
and also some program exits that have to be applied. Also you have to
code your agents using the ad hoc agent object approach. Also you have
to use the ad hoc anchor steps for the add approver/reviewer options.
SRM workflows are EXTREMELY specific in their pattern. Disobey the
pattern and they ignore you. Go back to the 1-step shop cart approval
standard SAP workflow and compare your workflow to that to see what you
are missing.

Subject: "add approver" button inactive EBP 3.5

Problem:
The 'Add Reviewer' and 'Add Approver' buttons in the SC approval preview
are inactive.

Scenario:
I've copied an existing customer WS that has the 'Add Reviewer' and
'Add Approver' buttons active. When I trigger the copied WS for a SC
approval the buttons are inactive.

I saw a post on here describing this same problem with the suggested
solution of making sure the copied WS was a general task. I've done
this but this but it hasn't fixed the problem.

Any suggestions?

Nick
