the workflow, and also some program exits that have to be applied. Also you have
to code your agents using the ad hoc agent object approach. Also you have to use
the ad hoc anchor steps for the add approver/reviewer options. SRM workflows are
EXTREMELY specific in their pattern. Disobey the pattern and they ignore
you. Go back to the 1-step shop cart approval standard SAP workflow
and compare your workflow to that to see what you are missing.

'Add Reviewer' and 'Add Approver' buttons in the SC approval preview are
inactive.</FONT> </P>

size=2>I've copied an existing customer WS that has the 'Add Reviewer' and
'Add Approver' buttons active. When I trigger the copied WS for a SC
approval the buttons are inactive. </FONT></P><BR>
<P><FONT face=Arial size=2>I saw a post on here describing this same problem
with the suggested solution of making sure the copied WS was a general
task. I've done this but this but it hasn't fixed the problem.</FONT></P>
