Set up RSWUWFML2 with Variants for sending workitems to outlook

Hi Raja,

in order to be able to send the email, the User ID that is running the job 
must have an email address in their master record (Tcode SU01). Please 
check if the user id running the job in the background has an email 
address in theit master record (tcode SU01).

Raja,

If you have anything in the fields below, this will cause the work items 
to be sent more than once.  Having these fields populated does not mark 
them as being already sent.

There is a box to check on the selection screen - New Work items only -
this will send the work item only one time.

Hello,

With regards to there being a difference in running RSWUWFML2 in
background versus manually, it probably has to do with which user
you're running it as in both cases, and the difference in their
authorizations.
