User Decision title length

Hi Friends,
 
 
I have a basic doubt related to user decision title length.
 
Wanted to know what is the max. length of the title allowed which is
shown in SAP Inbox .
I tried to see from the screen field it is 80 chars, whereas from ,
table SWWWIHEAD shows workitem text length as 120 chars.
 
So wanted to know which one these max length should be considered while
displaying user decision title?
