SWWLOGHIST and SAP_WAPI_CREATE_EVENT

Hello everyone,

 

After installing support packs this weekend it looks like some entries
are not being written to SWWLOGHIST.

 

Overview:

We have a custom workflow process here that requires reading SWWLOGHIST.
To launch a workflow the user uses a custom transaction to enter key
data for the workflow, the program then calls SAP_WAPI_CREATE_EVENT to
raise the event and launch the workflow.  The program continues after
that call and reads SWWLOGHIST and looks for the entry that has METHOD =
"SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT_INTERN".  This entry contains the references to
the business object, key data, event raised etc.

 

Problem:

After installing the support packs (the only known change since 10/26
when everything was working fine), the entry in SWWLOGHIST with METHOD =
"SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT_INTERN" is not being written which causes the
rest of the process to fail.

 

Has anyone encountered this?  I've logged it w/OSS, but have received no
response as yet.
