Workflow form

HI

Just some advice please. I have a requirement for a workflow that will
start with a single page document (thats the current manual process) This
will be passed around for approval. Once approved this is the trigger for
a specification document to be created, which again will be passed round
for approval.

I intend to use DMS for holding the specification document, but not sure
about the trigger document, should I use a workflow form or a word
document (and have this as an original document on the DMS DIR). If I use
a workflow form, is there a mechanism that can be used to review the
forms that have been created etc is the workflow form an object in its own
right, once a workflow ends, what happens to the form?

Many thanks for any advice.

Regards

John
