extended notifications

Hi all,
 
I'm trying to configure extended notifications using swn_admin, but apparently I'm having some troubles configuring it.
If I run the report, he doesn 't want to send mails, and I don 't know why.
Is there somewhere a tutorial which is a bit more detailled than the sap-help ?
Just tot test it, I use the category standard, selection all.
I defined a subscription, he asks me to define a calendar, which I did.
After that I try to run the report, but here he doesn 't want to send e-mails...
I'm a bit lost here...
