Inactive Version Workflow been started

Hi,
 
I am facing a problem with versions of Workflow.
In one of the workflow there are 6 versions and the Version 0006 is Active in the version overview, and the last change was two months back so from 2 months Version 0006 is begin used, but yesterday the workflow got started for Version 0004.
