Execute Workitems outside SAP Inbox

Hi Shai,

What I want to learn/know is that in *ECC 6.0* do we have an option like *
offline* approval of workitems by *vendors/non-sap Users* through external
mail.
I know with the RFC call from a web dynpro or EP, we can communicate with
the workflow in R/3 (SAP_WAPI_* - RFCs)

And I am not clear with the extended notifications. Please guide me through
this.

Try using SAP_WAPI_EXECUTE_WORKITEM.

Hi all,

I need to know urgently how workitems are sent to external emails and
executed. That should not be just notifications.

And I dont want to use RSWUWFML2 report for this.

Please provide your inputs asap.
