Error in Dead line monitoring

Hi all,

 

I am getting the following error for Dead line monitoring. I am trying
to escalate to superior using Latest end with modeled tab.

Same design I tried another server,  Its working fine.  What's may be
the problem. Is it problem with configuration or Design settings.

 

After reaching dead line workflow going to error status. Any idea on
this
