how to Copy the Contents that is mentioned in the comment section of SAP Trip Transaction

Hi all,
       I have a requirement to copy the contents that is mentioned in the comment section of SAP Trip Transaction. Can anyone tell me how to copy that content. The whole requirement is to copy the content and send it to the Trip Owner in an Email. I am waiting eaagerly for a quick reply.
