Hi Flavio ,
I have missed that part . Now with Rule definition I have classified the
task as "general".
n WF is running fine .

Priya:
Have you checked the Agent Assignment? Is your task classified as 'General
Task' or assigned to some agent type?
If the task is not classified, even if the Workitem is in status 'In
Process' no message is sent.

Hi All,
It will be great ,if someone can help me out in this issue :
I have made a WF - 2 level approval for parked Invoice (tcode-FV60).
1st step is - creation of parked invoice.
2ndstep is - workitem deliver to manager with options either to approve or
reject.
when I m testing that WF ,it shows Workitem "x" created (status : In
process)..
I m not getting any Workitem in the inbox of manager .
this means ?? is there some problem with my WF or Workitem will take some
time to be delivered in managers inbox.?
