Problem in Production- (Swathi_Devireddy)

 Hi Swathi,

  After the user decision step, when calling tcodes ME52N and ME54N,
which method in BUS2009 are you calling? If you are calling method
'PurchaseRequisition.Edit', then there is a problem. ME52N and ME54N are
'Enjoy' transactions ..meaning they are new transactions. IF you double
click on this method and go to tab 'ABAP', you can seee that the button
'transaction' is ON and on the 'Name' you will see ME52. The users who
are getting the blank screen does not authorization for tcode ME52.

We had the same problem. We created another method exactly same but in
the 'ABAP' tab, we have the 'other' button checked and blank on the
'Name' and call this method in your task.

Hi,

I have a User decision step assigned to User1 there is only one button
Release.

After this step I have another step calling transaction ME52n and ME54n
assigned to User1.

Both steps are Advance with Dialog.So after executing user decision it
calls the transaction.

This process was working fine from 2 months in Production.

Now some users get a blank screen after executing User decision instead
of calling Txn.

I have checked the logs the second step is in In Process step and the 

Dialog work item is created 

Execution started automatically.

There is no authorization problem for these Users .

Any guess what could have happened.
