Problem in Send Mail Step

Hi,

I am facing a problem in Send Mail step. I have not even used any
expressions also but its going into error.

I am sending the mail to initiator.In the Log the AddressStrings is
getting populated with the Initiator ID.

I am getting the error 

Error Replacing Symbols in Text.

SWW_BI_EXECUTE_S - Cannot be executed
