UWL Question?

Hi all,
 
I am working on UWL and I have questions from my customer that I can't solve :
1. Is it possible to do a mass validation like in ECC?
2. Is it possible to assign a view to a group of users?
3. Is it possible to filter a custom view with custom attributes? And to save it?
