Hi Shalini,

Hope all is well in Ottawa. Take a look at the ABAP RSWUWFML2, this sends mails to folks outlook client informing them they have a workflow to process. it can also add SAP shortcuts as attachments to execute the work item from Outlook.

Hope this helps

Cheers
Dave

Hello
Unfortunately I don;t have an answer to your question but I have a question for you.

I am presently developing a similar Workflow for PO's and am stuck on the first step, our users want to receive and execute the workitem from within their Inbox ( outlook). We are in R/3 4.6c and I am not sure how to create and workitem so that it is executable from the users outlook inbox.

Can you or any other fellow Workflower help me with this user request...

Thanks
Shalini

	Hi,
I have created a WF for Multiple PO Release,
currently a workitem would go to the first Release Code agent (to his Outlook), where he would execute workitem and take him to ME28, now on coming to ME28 screen, if he closes the window without Releasing or Canceling, the PO is been reset by my WF.
Is there any way that i could suspend my WF or someother way to handle this case ?
