Performance in Business Workplace

hi all.

we have performance problems in Business Workplace.

In OSS we find the note #861380 that provides a report for migrating
entries from the table SWW_CONTOB to the table SWW_WI2OBJ.
This migration is strongly recommended for performance problems.

Unfortunately, it seems that the changes can only be implemented using the
Support Package.
In our environment, we can't import the whole Support Package.
Have anybody dealt with the note #861380 and can give us some ideas?
