Triggering an Event via Message Control

This is to ask for an explanation for what I'm seeing when I try to 
trigger an event via message control.

I've created a subtype object 'ZBUS203201' based on SAP-standard supertype 
'BUS2032'.


I've added a new event 'CREDITHOLD' to the subtype, shown below.


Using transaction NACE, I've defined a 'V1' output type 'ZCRE' which is 
set to execute immediately (timing '4') when the order is created, 
triggering the added event.

What's actually happening is that event 'CREATED' for object 'BUS2032' is 
being generated ... but not the new event for the subtype.

Ideas?
