Triggering an Event via Message Control

First of all, I'll assume this is a header level output not an item
level.
 
Is the ZCRE output actually being shown as being processed when you go
to Extras > Header > Output from the VA03 transaction. 
 
If the ZCRE output is shown as being processed and it is still not
triggering, change the business object on the output condition to
BUS2032 rather than the ZBUS203201 value.  We've used this type of
triggering all over the place in our SD implementation using the
supertype.
 
If the ZCRE output is not being shown as processed, do you have a
requirement specified in the output determination procedure on the
output type?

This is to ask for an explanation for what I'm seeing when I try to
trigger an event via message control. 

I've created a subtype object 'ZBUS203201' based on SAP-standard
supertype 'BUS2032'. 

  
I've added a new event 'CREDITHOLD' to the subtype, shown below. 

  
Using transaction NACE, I've defined a 'V1' output type 'ZCRE' which is
set to execute immediately (timing '4') when the order is created,
triggering the added event.

What's actually happening is that event 'CREATED' for object 'BUS2032'
is being generated ... but not the new event for the subtype. 

Ideas?
