Workflow not working after upgrade to SRM 5.0

Hello Bob
Thank for the tips..
The workflow for this SC should have been WS10000060 which is a standard SAP
provided self approval workflow. I double check and ApprovalState is an
element of my workflow container.

I was not allowed to save the SC as there was a hard error "No approval
Workflow's found, Contact WF administrator"

What puzzles me is when try to trigger the event externally on a basket
which is on hold I get the business partner not found error. I am wondering
if this because my HR ORG orignally came from and R/3 system, does a
technical upgrade require that I refresh the HR org ?
