Workflow not starting from Message

Hi PB,
By clicking-on the long-text I don't see a 'Start Workflow' button.
I thought that the Create Workflow from raising a Message Wizard enabled
WF's to be triggered when a message is raised. No Triggering Event is
created in the WF Template only CONTAINER Elements for the Message
details - so not sure how the WF starts.
Regards,
Stuart.

Tainah,
From my understanding, workflow does not start on it's own just by
raising the message. It's only manual trigger method. when the message
is raised, you'll see the long-text button; click that and you'll see a
window that shows longtext, if you look at the top of the window, you'll
see a workflow trigger button. When you click the button, only then
workflow starts.

PB

Hi All,
I have used the Transaction: SWUY Wizard: Create
Workflow-Message Linkage and created a Workflow Template.
When I raise the Message in the System the Workflow doesn't
start, I've checked all the usual suspects: Workflow Customising, Event
Trace, Workflow Trace, etc.
Has anyone ever encountered problems with starting a Workflow
from a Message?
Thanks,
Stuart.
