Wizard enabled WF's to be triggered when a message is raised. No Triggering
Event is created in the WF Template only CONTAINER Elements for the Message
details - so not sure how the WF starts.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

<DIV></DIV>Tainah,<BR> From my understanding, workflow does not start on
it's own just by raising the message. It's only manual trigger method. when the
message is raised, you'll see the long-text button; click that and you'll see a
window that shows longtext, if you look at the top of the window, you'll see a
workflow trigger button. When you click the button, only then workflow starts.
