Workflow not starting from Message

Tainah,
  From my understanding, workflow does not start on it's own just by raising
the message. It's only manual trigger method. when the message is raised,
you'll see the long-text button; click that and you'll see a window that
shows longtext, if you look at the top of the window, you'll see a workflow
trigger button. When you click the button, only then workflow starts.
