Tainah,<br> From my understanding, workflow does not start on it's own just by raising the message. It's only manual trigger method. when the message is raised, you'll see the long-text button; click that and you'll see a window that shows longtext, if you look at the top of the window, you'll see a workflow trigger button. When you click the button, only then workflow starts.
