execute work items from the outlook

maybe there is a problem with the frontend installation on those users pc ?
did you try with the same user but from a different workstations ?

	I'm trying to execute a work item from the outlook and I receive the massage: 

	 

	"not all data for sap gui shortcut is available" and I have to enter the missing data. 

	 

	It happens with 2 users only, with the others it works fine, they receive the pop up for 

	 

	the login.

	 

	I've already checked the execute work item properties and it look fine.
