execute work items from the outlook

Hi everyone,



I'm trying to execute a work item from the outlook and I receive the
massage:



"not all data for sap gui shortcut is available" and I have to enter the
missing data.



It happens with 2 users only, with the others it works fine, they receive
the pop up for



the login.



I've already checked the *execute work item properties* and it look fine.
