I am implementing a variation of the standard 20000040 Trip Approve
workflow, to be used primarily via the Ent Portal. I have a couple of
questions hopefully someone can explain..
Within this wrkflow there is a task that in the ECC6 system, when
executed, immediately pops up a mail window for Approver to write
rejection reason, but in portal, there isnt an immediate new window, have
to go back into the work list and execute the new WI to generate the same
mail window. Is this standard, how do (can) I make this next task execute
immediately.
The email sent in ECC6, I can see from the business workplace, but in the
portal the email is not seen in the UWL, should it,? where in the portal
would I see it, or do I switch autoforwarding on and see it in say
Outlook.
Cheers
John
