Read receipt for e-mails sent from a workflow

Thanks Mike, that's the line that I've taken. The client has already
admitted that in their legacy system they don't receive read receipts
from all customers (e.g. Gmail doesn't send them...)

I wondered if the question was going to get some Mike P action :-)
