topic: substitution profiles

Hello workflowers,
just one question about the "naming convention for classific. " via txn
OOW1
( a first search in the archive gave me no satisfying answer ;-)

If we have standard tasks like
task Name
------------------ -----------------------------
TS90000313 Phase IN: step 10
TS90000314 Phase OUT: step 34
TS90000315 EDI order error
  etc.

Is the "development rule"
---- for each new task TS900..... add always(!) one entry in table
maintained via txn OOW1
----- "naming convention" : classific. = task ID excl. the prefix "TS"
a good choise?
txn OOW1:
classific. text for the classification of tasks
------------- -----------------------------------------------
90000313 Phase IN: step 10
90000314 Phase OUT: step 34
90000315 EDI order error

Substitution profiles must be defined via txn OOW2.

Classific. can be assigned to substitution profiles via txn OOW3 (
classific. <=> 1:n relation <=> substitution profile).

So you "group" not on "classific." level but can use the grouping via the
substitution profile....

Any other possibilities/proposals?

Thanx. Michael
