Leave request WF

Hi All,
     I am trying to trigger WS20000081 through WAPI .
SAP_WAPI_START_WORKFLOW. I am not very sure what inputs are to be given in
container It takes XML container input. I have passed personal number,name,
leave data etc but its giving a short dump on pretext of zero object
instance. The WF takes BO:Absence and Employee as input none of which are
mandatory. Can anyone help?
