Hi Vijay

The only passable way I think is if you create status variants with the 
selection description how you want it, for example, you can run reports 
that show all "Pending Approval" and only those notifications with 
status OSNO APRQ will be shown.

I could also mention (although I don't think it's a good answer) 
re-translating from DE to EN the variant code OSNO or APRQ to another 4 
character code. Like I say, that's not a good answer but maybe your 
requirements allow something suitable.

Otherwise it is probably a quite complicated hack required.
