SELFITEM.NOTE_CREATE

Hi Werner.
I'm not so sure what's the correct document class for .pdf
But I'm pretty sure you're facing "Invalid file format<>ASCII. The
attachment (attachment title and message) created in the work item id but
not for .pdf
