Email subject (SYSID)

This is a strange one.  When adding a standard system container SYSID to the
subject of an email it cuts of the first '%' and then sends the subject like
so:  SYSID% : Test Email 9000161  When I look at the table entry it is also
saved without the first '%'.

I get this message when adding SYSID to the email subject.  It takes affect
when you add a space in front of SYSID and then try to move back.
