Hi Jammi,

take a look to report: RSWUWFML2 this reports supports the creation of
links to the inbox or directly to a work item of a user. (if this repor
is not available in your system take a look to the SAP notes).

If you send emails to the user where you need a link to the work item
you have to create this link as an atttachment and put it to the
attachment list of the notification mail. You can define such an
attachment based on the code of the report rswuwfml2.

Best regards,
josef

Depending on your release you may also be able to have
&_PREDECESSOR_WI.LASTDIALOGAGENT.NAMEWITHLEADINGUS&

OSS note 903692 explains.

Have fun,

Hello,

I have developed a custom workflow from where i am sending remainder
emails to both SAP inbox as well as Outlook if the agent does not
complete processing of the workitem in given time period.

Now, client has asked me to include a link in these emails which
should take agent directly to the corresponding work item. I have no
idea how this can be done.

  Any suggestion's please ?

  Regards,
  Jammi

Hi Claude:
Looks Like you are on correct direction as standard
system Maintains this Table:
Example of Maintain Prefix:
Active Prefix NO. SAP System Client Pack
Green 999 KI4 600 FBAS or (Any
Pack Except $Temp which is not trnasportable)

Cheers
Aziz
