Agent Resolution

This usually means your responsible agent (i.e. at step level) is not a
possible agent (i.e. at task level) . However, if the task is a general
task, then this should mean that all users can execute it. Hit the
agents button in the workflow log and choose possible agents - this will
confirm whether the system 'thinks' it's a possible taks. Possible agent
assignment is client dependent so make sure you have set the task as
general in all the clients you are using. It's also worth running
SWU_OBUF to refresh the buffers.

Hi ,

 

I am facing a problem with Agent Resolution.

My Step is a User Decison Step and my task is also a General Task.

And the Agent resolution is done by Expression and the Container value
for the expression is loaded with USMKI2791.

The Dialog work item is also getting created .But there is an error in
EVALUATE_AGENT_VIA_EXPRESSION.

Result of Agent Resolution does not agree with Task.

I am not able to trace the problem.

Has anyone faced a similar problem .Please give your suggestions.

Subject: ESS leave request- minor problems

 

 

Hey all, 

 

We have used a copy of the standard leave workflow 12300111 and modified
it. 

We are taking the multiline element notice found in the REQ business
object and displaying it . 

 This contains  the notes entered by the applicant and approver, and
more importantly , the name of the person who has added the note. 

this was working fine until yesterday , when it stopped picking up the
user and is outputting one user name for all the requests . 

I refreshed the buffer and tried again but no use.  

Is there something im missing here  ? 

 

Another option the we want to explore is to add attachments with the
leave application . I cant find this option in the leave workflow .
Could somebody suggest a solution or a workaround ?
