MSS Worklist - work items behind by 14 hours

Hi there...

I confirmed the user settings and there are no hard wired time zones for
WF-BATCH.  As for the individual users, we don't set the time zones.  The
time zone is defaulted by the system at EST.

Hello ?,
No answer, but a couple of ideas:

Firstly, make sure WF-BATCH has no time zone assigned.
Also, are any of the users involved in different time zones? Check time
zones of everyone involved, including any portal RFC users etc.
