MSS Worklist - work items behind by 14 hours

For your information, all of our users are within headquarter or very close
by, no users in other countries yet.

I have just submitted a work item (Deliverables) on May 17 at 10:05 AM,
look below the Sent Date that is shown:

I don't know MSS but have worked with ISR. See OSS note 636992 (FAQ time
zones in notifications) if it may be of help. Are workitems exactly 14
hours
?

Hello ?,
No answer, but a couple of ideas:

Firstly, make sure WF-BATCH has no time zone assigned.
Also, are any of the users involved in different time zones? Check time
zones of everyone involved, including any portal RFC users etc.
