Workflow Binding changes not immediately visible in other clients.

Hi Tom,

I don't need to transport to my testing system. The testing system is 
another client of the same system. Workflow objects being client 
independent, the changes that we make should be appearing immediately in the 
other clients of the same system. Just like client independent tables in 
R/3. That was what taking long time, so if anybody faced a similar issue let 
me know.
