MSS Worklist - work items behind by 14 hours

Hello again,

Has anyone had this problem before, from MSS environment, all work items
Date and time received is behind by 14 hours, our basis group has checked
and the time on all servers is right on.

Does anyone knows where the date is picked up from or what need to be
fixed?

We are on 4.7 and getting ready to go to Production with MSS environment.
Any comments or ideas would be appreciated.
