MSS Worklist - work items behind by 14 hours

Hello ?,
No answer, but a couple of ideas:

Firstly, make sure WF-BATCH has no time zone assigned. 
Also, are any of the users involved in different time zones? Check time zones of everyone involved, including any portal RFC users etc.
