Work item description

G'day Akshay,

I've never dealt with this requirement but I would suggest that you're
likely to get some horrible formatting happening if you try and include it
into the Workitem text.

I'd suggest that an attached object capable of displaying the spool would
make more sense. I'm not sure that there is a standard business object, but
it shouldn' t be too hard to develop one. The key would be the spool request
number and you'd need a default method to display it via the standard
transactions.

Not very helpful, but maybe a start.

Have fun,
Mark
