To view organizational assignment - who created

I would go to PP01, select object type position (or org unit) enter the
position number, select the object infotype then click on the display
icon. On the next screen, click "Change Information". I've attached the
first screen of PP01.

This info is in table HRP1000. Position are Object type S, Org Units are
O, Jobs are C. You have a changed by field in there that you can query.
