<div>I've never dealt with this requirement but I would suggest that you're likely to get some horrible formatting happening if you try and include it into the Workitem text.</div>

<div>I'd suggest that an attached object capable of displaying the spool would make more sense. I'm not sure that there is a standard business object, but it shouldn' t be too hard to develop one. The key would be the spool request number and you'd need a default method to display it via the standard transactions.
