Escalation Issues

if approver fails to act on a decision step in 2 days
need to send a workitem from approver to an escalation manager

if escalation manager doesnt act within 1 day 
need to send the workitem to the supervisor

how do we implement this


i developed all the steps for the normal flow and it is working
all the roles for agents are maintained
how do i set up the escalation process
