Workflow attachmnets

Hi,
   
  Recently our SAP system is upgraded to ECC 5.0 version.After upgrade one user is not getting attachments in the inbox.
   
  And the scanned invoice  is forwarded  to that  user for checking  from the other user.But attachments  are not appearing in inbox.Authorization object PLOG is already assigned to him.
   
  Please let me know if you have any ideas?
