According the the book ALE, EDI, & IDoc Technologies for SAP (2nd Edition) you will do the following:

1.	Execute transaction PO13
2.	Enter the position of the person who needs a substitute. Click the Relationship Infotype under the Active tab. Click the Create button.
3.	Use B311 in the Type of Relationship field. Enter S for the Type of Related Object, and enter the position of the use who will be the substitute in the ID of the Related Object field. Save your entry to define the substitute.

Good luck,

Dave

Hi,

We run SAP Version 620.

As explained below, I used SBWP menu path settings -> workflow settings -> maintain substitue…

and it worked ok for sharing my inbox to other users.

But as someone leaves and forgets to share his workplace how does the WF Administrator

maintain substitute weithout a login to the user’s SAP account.?

Please help me.

Claude

נושא: How can i Share my Inbox to other required Users

Hi,

I got a query regarding sharing of my inbox to other users in my abscence.

So, that work can be handled by those users until i am back to the work.

Is there any settings to do so...?

Kindly let me know the possible solutions.

  Your support is greatly appreciated.

Thanks and Regards,

Gopinath Addepalli.
